@mention suggestion dropdown displays beside the comment box when the project sidebar is displayed

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open the view issue page of an issue.
      2. Click Comment button to add a comment.
      3. In the comment text box, type "@" to mention someone.

      Expected Result:
      The mention suggestion list should appear at the bottom of the comment text box.

      Actual Result:
      The mention suggestion list appears either to the right or left of the comment text box.
