Problem:

We currently have a custom field in JIRA for issue types, type A and type B. Issues can change back and forth between these two task types at anytime. We would like to update the workflow so that issues must be re-accepted by the assignee whenever they are edited to go from "A" to "B" or vice versa.

Solution:

Add a post functions or feature to JIRA execute a transition when a custom field value is changed.
