Allow mapping of Status field in non-admin CSV Import

      Problem Definition

      Currently the non-admin CSV Import does not allow the mapping of status field (According to this bug report it is by design). This is a problem for admins of JIRA instances with a user base that uses this function frequently as they cannot grant every user administrator access.

      Allow mapping of status field in non-admin CSV Import
