      Problem Definition

      Users that has proper permission can see the list of all groups when setting up a Filter Subscription.

      Suggested Solution

      Restrict the user from adding any other groups where he is not a member. This will show consistency across how groups are populated from a group picker an similar (eg. Manage filter share group)

      Workaround

      Remove user from Manage Group Filter Subscriptions global permission.
