Description

Currently, JIRA does not have the feature to allow the user to customize the issue screen layout for radio button options. The Customer would like to configure how the options will be displayed on the screen layout such as displaying the radio button in horizontal format, positioning the fields.
Also, fields customization should also allow for multiple fields to positioned horizontally next to each other to save space and to gather related information side-by-side.

Suggestion

Implement feature to allow the user to have the flexibility to customize or configure the options of radio button fields in issue screen layout.
