Dropdown menu in not opening besides the field

      Summary

      Dropdown menu in not opening besides the field when there is a large number of options and the screen is not in fullscreen.

      Environment

      JIRA 6.4.13

      • Create Issue screen.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a dropdown field to the create issue screen (Affected Versions)
      2. Add 20 option or more;
      3. Click to create a issue (not using the browser fullscreen option)

      Expected Results

      The menu should open below the field.

      Actual Results

      It is opening in the right side.

      Notes

      It will open properly using the browser fullscreen.

      Workaround

      Use fullscreen mode.
