Summary

When creating a new issue hover tooltip on default (blue) "Create" button reads:
" Press undefined+s to submit this form"

The problem appears on create issue popup. If create issue page is open in separate/full window then tooltip is correct.

The same problem appears on Edit issue popup when "Update" button is hovered.

Environment

1. JIRA 7.1.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Press "Create" button in JIRA header (create issue popup appears)
2. Hover "Create" button at the bottom of the page and see tooltip "Press undefined+s to submit this form"

Expected Results

1. Correct tooltip should appear, i.e. "Press Alt+Shift+s to submit this form"

Actual Results

1. Tooltip is incorrect: "Press undefined+s to submit this form"
