Problem Definition

In some cases, there is a need to write custom HTML code that is not supported by wikimarkup in the Description and Comments section.
For example:
Insert a link without http does not work with wikimarkup, the alternative is to write the following
<a href="XXX">Some XXX Link</a> as a custom HTML code.

Suggested Solution

Add the possibility to bypass the wikimarkup renderer or add a custom renderer
