Version Release/Unrelease will update in Issue Ticket

      Problem Definition

      Currently , when a version is release/unrelease , it will not updated in issue ticket that tie to the fix version .

      Suggested Solution

      1. Insert a field in ticket , to update the status of the version .
      2. Make an event to transition the ticket to "Release/Unrelese Version" status .
