As a user, I would like to be able to preview an image without having to attach it as an attachment beforehand

      Problem Definition

      Today, we can use reference link to insert an attached image inline, but we can't preview the image in Description or Comment field if the image is not yet successfully attached to an issue.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow an image to be previewed on Description or Comment field without having it to be attached to the issue first

      Workaround

      Attach the image to the issue beforehand
