      Provide integration with jCVSWeb just like viewcvs, so users can include in cvs module information an url for jCVSWeb like view cvs, and the JIRA system provide integration to navigate at sources using jCVSWeb. The jCVSWeb site is http://www.jcvs.org/jcvsweb/ and jCVS site is http://www.jcvs.org/.
