explain differences btwn CSV importer and JIM plugin

The documentation for creating issues using the CSV importer seems to have been copied from the Importing data from CSV document (using the JIRA Importers plugin).

However, there are several differences in functionality and behavior for using the CSV Importer vs the JIRA Importers Plugin (JIM). One example would be importing issues with Components or Labels - The JIRA Importer Plugin would create the missing entries for those fields, however, the CSV Importer will fail because the components / labels do not exist.

It would be great to have those differences documented (e.g. mentioned in the Tips for importing CSV data into issue fields section for each field).

Having a table / matrix with all the fields which can be imported and also how they differ on each imported would be the ideal.
