When restoring a XML backup, an user is presented with the possibility to disable the outgoing email features in JIRA, so it will avoid sending incorrect or duplicated emails if he is restoring a production instance in a stage server, but not all email are disabled. As an example, the user will still receive the Log Analyzer email, which could lead to confusion.
