No auto-focus in Issue Navigator after clicking on the fields

      Summary

      When searching for issues in the issue navigator, after clicking on any of the fields, for example projects, type, status or assignee, there is no focus on the search field that is displayed.

      Environment

      • JIRA 7.1.1

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to the issue navigator
      2. Click on any of the fields above (Status, Type, Assignee, Projects etc)
      3. Start typing immediately.

      Expected Results

      The auto focus will be on the search field and the user can type in whatever he wants instantly.

      Actual Results

      There is no auto focus on the field and the user cannot type in what he wants without clicking on the search field.

      Notes

      Not reproducible in JIRA 6.4.12. (There is auto focus on the search field right after clicking on the field)

      Workaround

      Click on the search field manually to switch focus to it and type.
