Created Date / Updated Date displayed wrong week information

      Summary

      Created Date / Updated Date displayed wrong week information , which is one week ahead . However , when hover to the field , it display the correct week .

      Environment

      • JIRA 6.4.8
      • JIRA 7.1.2

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change the Complete Date/Time Format at Look and Feel page. Use below format :- 
        dd.MMM.yyyy ('KW:' w) HH:mm
      2. Check the date displayed in the issue ticket .

      Expected Results

      The date displayed the correct information.

      Actual Results

      The date for week information displayed one week ahead . For example as below screenshot :-
