Bulk change selects results from last query in session, not results from query on page

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to repro:

      1. Sign into JIRA account and open two tabs (A & B).
      2. Issue a search in Tab A.
      3. Issue a noticeably different search in Tab B.
      4. Return to Tab A and access the Bulk Change tool.

      Expected: Results from Tab A are used in the Bulk Change wizard.
      Actual: Results from Tab B are used in the Bulk Change wizard.
