Edit box helper remains on screen during zoom in / zoom out in MS-Edge

      Summary: double click on edit box will bring helper. It will remain on screen during zoom in/ zoom out.

      Steps to repro:

      1. Go to any EditBox (eg. Crate issue)
      2. Double klick on EditBox to bring helper up.
      3. Zoom in / Zoom out MS EDGE (using settings or CTRL+ / CTRL-)

      Observed problem:

      • Helper remains on screen.
