AJAX error thrown: SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected identifier "XSRF"

      I have tried to submit the feed back form in safari , Firefox and chrome using atlassian collector plugin. Feedback form works fine in chrome and firefox. But in safari we are getting the error when submit the form. Here's the error. Please advice.
