      Please add a configuration so that anyone who "participates" in an issue (e.g., add a comment, or was assignment) is automatically on the Watch group.

      Often, in our org, a bug will be reassigned, and the new assignee will make a comment expecting the last bug owner to see it, but they don't because they did not add themselves to the watch list.

      It happens a lot and impacts overall productivity/throughput.
