JQL - Ignore case when Order By field

      Problem Definition

      Currently the JQL will return results order by case sensitive. A lower case "a" will come after a capital "Z" so it will cause confusion for fields which are the same but in different case.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow ordering by case sensitive for any fields
