Use "attached Excel files" same icon file (atlassian-jira/images/icons/attach/excel.gif)

      JIRA 7.0.x changes icon files for attachments from former version and it makes user confused. (JSP-260608)
      For example, if user attaches Excel file, JIRA displays

      • JIRA70.png on JIRA 7.0.x
      • JIRA64.png on JIRA 6.4 && any former versions

      JIRA 7.0 still has atlassian-jira/images/icons/attach/excel.gif and attachmentsblock.soy in jira-view-issue-plugin-7.0.x.jar refers it, so it is nice to provide the configuration that user can choice icon files as user can modify issue-type icon/priority icon to make user experience more simple and to keep UI consistency.
