      The Document:

      The Document looks to have been copied from the Server Documentation Into the JIRA Cloud Documentation Space detailing configuration and setup of the Text Gadget, and is referring to an add-on that falls under the the Restricted functions in JIRA Cloud applications and is disabled by default and cannot be configured.
