Problem Definition
Before JIRA 7, JIRA was shipped with JSP files where customization in JIRA templates and JSPs is possible. In JIRA 7, it's all compiled and there is no JSP files shipped together with the installer.
Suggested Solution
Ship JSP files like how it does in JIRA 6 and etc.
Note
- JIRA 6.4.x, the path is JIRA Installation Directory\work\Catalina\localhost_\org\apache\jsp.
- For JIRA 7, the path is JIRA Installation Directory\atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\classes\jsp.
