      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      The screenId variable is used in several REST API requests as a mandatory parameter, e.g. for getting all fields or tabs.

      There is however no method to retrieve the screenId, making all of the REST methods that use it useless.

      Please fix this bug ASAP - it was raised and buried a year and a half ago and your REST api has remained broken in this area since then.
