Allow sub-task to be in different projects (from the parent issue's project)

      Problem Definition

      At the moment, sub-tasks have to be in the same project as parent issue.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great to have the option to have the sub-tasks from different project (different from the parent issue's project)
