Summary

Comments in JIRA have a link at the top right of the comment box with a chain icon, that links to that specific comment when clicked. In Chrome v47, clicking on this won't focus on the comment. It will be highlighted but the user still needs to scroll manually through the page to find it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue with multiple comments
2. Click on the Chain icon.

Expected Results: The page refreshes and the comment is in focus on the screen and highlighted.
Actual Results:* The page refreshes but the comment is only highlighted.
No errors in the Browser console
