We recently added a bunch of components to a project, and went through assigning issues in that project to components. It struck me that it would be very useful that for issues with sub-tasks there was an "Apply changes to sub-tasks" button that would let me set a component (or assignee, etc) for a parent and all of its children. Seemed hard to do with filters and bulk change.
