"Retiring" Projects

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be nice to have a 'Retire Project' option in the Administration section of JIRA. That way you can keep old projects in JIRA without having to delete them. Retired projects are not visible anywhere, only in the Administration section. If needed you can bring a retired project back to live.
