New custom field is visible in all field shemes

      When a new custom field is added to JIRA it is visible by default in all field layout schemes. The admin must then edit each layout scheme to hide the new field in any shemes it is not required in.

      Can the creation of a new custom field be visible in the default system scheme, but hidden in any other schemes until it is made visible by an admin.
