Reset password and change e_mail

      Hi,
      We have a problem with the password reset.
      We forget our password but the mail address associate doesn't work anymore.
      Our UserID is i4c.support and the old e_mail associate is *nicola.colla@i4c.it *.
      But we have change this e_mail with AAAP.support@accenture.com. Can we change the e_mail associate at our UserID (i4c.support)? After can we send the new password?
