      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Definition

      Workflow Sharing plugin or the "Import/Export Workflow" feature did not include the plugins items on workflow import.

      Suggested Solution

      Import all plugins items found in the workflow .jwb file once the identified plugin verified to be installed in target JIRA.

      Workaround

      Use workflow XML to export/import workflow between JIRA instances.
