Final date for adding issues to a version

      It is not possible to set a date to version from which on no more issues can be added to this version.
      Better would be a 2 step workflow. After the first "planning end date" only issues with priority Critical or Blocker can be added. After the second deadline only Blocker-Issues can be added.
