Unable to Filter Issue's Security Level Field in the Basic Search

      Problem Definition

      Currently issues can be filtered by Issue Security Level via Advanced Search in Issue Navigator. Need to add the Issue Security Level field to the Basic Search because it was not convenient to use for end users.

      Suggested Solution (Not working)

      Should be able to filter issue search based on Security Level Field in the Basic Search mode in Issue Navigator.
