'Default Workflow Scheme' missing from Workflow Scheme

      Summary

      There seems to be a weird bug where users can choose workflow scheme for their project. They can choose a scheme named default (which is Default Workflow Scheme) from the drop down but when they go to workflow scheme the Default Workflow Scheme is not listed there.

      Steps to Replicate

      1. Navigate to https://<ATLASSIAN_INSTANCE_NAME>/plugins/servlet/project-config/<PROJECT_KEY>/workflows.
      2. Select default as the scheme.
      3. You will notice that the workflow scheme is named Default Workflow Scheme.
      4. If you go to the Workflow Scheme page however, you will not find it any where on the list.

      Expected Result

      Default Workflow Scheme should be seen in the Workflow Scheme.

      Current Result

      Default Workflow Scheme is not listed in the Workflow Scheme.
