Need to be able to set default paper size of Excel export to A4

      Hello,

      When you export the issues from JIRA's issue navigator, the default paper size is set in the Excel file as LETTER. There is the widespread international ISO standard (A4, B3, C4, etc.) and then there is the local standard only used in North America.

      Please advise how we can change this setting either during the build or via user configuration.
