Allow to remove the "Start typing to get a list of possible matches or press down to select" label from JIRA fields

      For many fields in JIRA there is a default description as a help text with the phrase "Start typing to get a list of possible matches or press down to select". This message will always be above the summary added by the user

      As a JIRA administrator, I would like to remove this massage and keep only my customized description and help text for each field.

      Workaround

      Is possible to customize some JIRA files to remove the message from all fields, as per the instructions in the link below:
