Issue Collector Fails in IE 11

Summary

Attempting to submit feedback via an issue collector using IE11 on Windows 7 fails. The issue is not submitted and the screen remains greyed out.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to an issue collector in IE 11 (or use the attached index.html containing existing collector embed code)
2. If prompted, elect to "Allow Blocked Content"
3. Click the "Report Feedback" link
4. Fill in the minimum required fields
5. Click the "Submit" button

Expected Results

Issue is submitted and created.

Actual Results

The submit seems to lock up. It never returns from the submit to inform the user that the feedback was submitted.

Using the IE debugger reveals the following failure when the submit is clicked:
SCRIPT5: Access is denied.
File: batch.js, Line: 431, Column: 4108

Notes

The browser is getting an exception in jQuery Form Plugin (v. 2.67 from 2011).

Workaround

Use another browser.
