Issue Summary
Currently, setting/ configuring the "Time Tracking Settings" is a system wide change and all projects use this same setting.
Can this be made to a project level setting as users might at times want to have different Timing Tracking Settings e.g default should be in hours for project A while it is expected in minutes for project B.
This is with regards to Admin > System > Time Tracking feature
