We found out by surprise that the assignee of an issue created by CreateIssueHandler is the first valid user in the recipient list. I would like to be able to set a parameter (assignee=xxx) that defines who all issues are assigned to, everytime, regardless of who is on the recipient list. This parameter should take either a valid user name, or "defaultassignee" for the default assignee for the project. For now, I have to educate everyone to be careful with who they put first in the recipient list.
