      Problem Definition

      As of JIRA 7, support for Internet Explorer 9 has been end-of-lifed, however users using IE9 do not receive a notification indicating that their browser is unsupported.
      IE8 Users receive a popup message indicating that their browser is not supported however the link provided is invalid: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRACloud/Supported+Platforms

      Suggested Solution

      Update the notification so that IE9 users are notified they are using an Unsupported Browser
      Update the notification to link to a valid article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Supported+Platforms+for+Atlassian+Cloud+Applications
