Fix Versions on the View Issue page redirect to an issue navigator search

      Description

      After JIRA 7 version update, users are now redirected to Search Issues page when clicking on an Issue's "Fix Version".

      Expected results

      When users select an issue's Fix Version they are redirected to the versions page.
