Server Error Response When Reassigning Ticket

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Typing in a name when reassigning a Jira ticket provokes a server error response (see attached). We receive the same error using different browsers, computers, and users.

      The error does not pop up if you use the menu when selecting a new assignee.
