JQL keyword "AFTER startOfMonth()" returns incorrect result

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Issue Navigator
      2. Have some issues that were Resolved last month or older
      3. Key in status was Resolved by username after startOfMonth()

      Current Result:

      • It returns issues including those that were resolved last month (July) or older

      Expected Result:

      • Only return issues that were resolved starting from 1st August 2015 until the current date
