Cannot import from external system (e.g. CSV file) anymore

      We used this quite a lot - seems to have gone missing in the last week or so.
      Launches page https://kyridev.atlassian.net/secure/admin/CsvSetupPage!default.jspa?externalSystem=com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-importers-plugin:csvImporter and then sits there, doing nothing.
