    Description

      Summary

      When using a configuration file to import issues from CSV, the value mapping is not respected.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Download configuration-file.txt and bug-report.csv;
      2. Navigate to Issues » Import Issues from CSV;
      3. Upload the CSV file and config files;
      4. Follow the import wizard.

      Expected Results

      JIRA would have selected Map Field Value.

      Actual Results

      No Map Field Value check boxes are selected.
