As a user, I want to be able to search existing issues using emojis.
Currently, if I input a JIRA issue with an emoji, then enter that same emoji in the search bar, I cannot find the matching issue.

JSWCLOUD-13426 JIRA should be able to support searching for emoji and complex special characters. Am I able to search for, e.g. 中文.
