Although all clients can live with the Priority value (low, medium, high and urgent), the definitions can differ between areas/teams etc.
For example, one team may define Low with a response time of 5-10 days, whereas another may be 7-10 days. Being able to define the levels of priority on a project-by-project basis is a re-occurring request we keep getting.
It would be interesting to be able to set priorities individually for each project context.
