      As I JIRA administrator, I would like to have a option to disable the possibility of a user change his timezone preferences in JIRA.

      Currently, if a users computer timezone does not match the JIRA system timezone, he will see a pop-up with a warning regarding this configurations and a link to change it.

      In older versions of JIRA was possible to hide this message following the instruction in this KB, but from JIRA 6.4.x is not possible anymore to use the workaround.
