Summary
Inserting an image via toolbar's Insert Image throws error "Unable to render embedded object"
Environment
- Safari with Western Encoding
- JIRA
Steps to Reproduce
- Use Safari, and ensure encoding is set to default Western ISO
- Attach an image on JIRA with a title including accented characters (e.g. é)
- Use the insert image option from your toolbar:

Expected Results
In Chrome and Firefox, attaching in this way does display the thumbnail.
Actual Results
In Safari, you receive this error:
Unable to render embedded object: File (FILENAME) not found.
Workaround
Change default encoding to UTF-8, or try in another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome.
