      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      AS a JIRA Admin it is important for me to be able to see the adding or removal of subtasks in the history of a task.

      Scenario:

      1. Create a task
      2. Add a subtask
      3. Remove subtask
      4. Click All tab

      Observed Outcome:
      No entries are made for the adding or removal of the subtask.

      Desired Outcome:
      Log entries should be made when a subtask is added or removed
